Individual sessions are 60 minutes for $80. (Sessions for 2, 3 or 4 people are also available.)

Sessions are available on Mondays and Fridays.

I will be offering 3 mini sessions designed to help participants rest, recharge and rebalance. These are introductory sessions where will explore gentle guided movement, constructive rest and finish with journaling or drawing to allow participants to reflect on their experience.
